WARRANTY + RETURNS

Crystal Fountains warrants that, subject to the terms and conditions herein expressed, it shall repair or replace goods purchased from it and shown to have defects in material or workmanship within the time periods specified below:


  • All brass and bronze components manufactured by Crystal Fountains- ten (10) years from the date of purchase;
  • All other components manufactured by Crystal Fountains- one (1) year from the date of purchase;
  • All equipment and accessories not manufactured by Crystal Fountains- the period specified in the original manufacturer's warranty.
  • No warranty is provided on lamps, lenses, or gaskets.

The warranty on components manufactured by Crystal Fountains is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of such components at Crystal Fountains' factory in cases in which, in Crystal Fountains' sole opinion, damage was not caused by misuse or improper operation. Crystal Fountains shall not be responsible for any damage or losses, direct or indirect, which may be attributable to the supply or replacement of defective parts. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to deliver to the factory at its cost any components which it considers to be defective. Crystal Fountains shall not be responsible for any damage or losses, direct or indirect, which result from:


  • the use of components, equipment, or accessories purchased from it for purposes, or in a manner not intended by Crystal Fountains;
  • modifications to, or breakage of components, equipment, or accessories by the purchaser or other parties;
  • unsuitable operating conditions, including but not limited to improper voltage supply, motor misalignment, poor water quality, corrosion, electrolysis, and abrasion.



RETURNS

Potentially defective material can be returned for evaluation. Contact Crystal Fountains at 1-800-539-8858 and ask for Customer Service or via fax at 905-660-6916 Attention: Customer Service. We will need your invoice number, the quantity and part numbers of the item(s) you wish to return. Crystal Fountains will provide a return authorization number to you. Goods are to be returned at your expense and must be clearly tagged with the return authorization number. Should returned goods be found to be defective as claimed, all reasonable shipping charges will be refunded to you at the sole discretion of Crystal Fountains. After evaluation, if goods are to be found free of defect they will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost.
