Once the Design Development package has been approved Crystal Fountains team will develop a tender/bid documentation package suited to bid the project to local fountain contractors in the market. Any feedback from the Design Development stage is addressed and detailed plans are developed which form base documents used by all specialty fountain contractors to develop the final construction documents:

• Water Feature Documents - Water feature mechanical & electrical plans, sections, and details for equipment and piping.
• Specifications - Mechanical & electrical specifications for specialist works
• Component List - Final bill of quantities
• Construction Costs - Confirmation of costs for specialist mechanical and electrical works
